The Directorate of Estates oversees the reservation of Central Govt Holiday Home and Touring Officers’ Hostels (TOH) belonging to the Government of India, which the Central Public Works Department maintains. These accommodations offer a variety of room types to meet guests’ diverse needs. Reservations and payments for Holiday Homes and TOH can be conveniently made online through the eSampada website and mobile app. Bookings are accepted on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, subject to meeting the specified eligibility criteria, time constraints, and payment of booking fees. Booking a Central Govt Holiday Home can be conveniently done online with the following step-by-step guide provided for your reference. Central government employees interested in booking holiday homes are encouraged to utilize this resource. Under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, there are a total of 20 holiday homes and 46 touring officers’ hostels/guest houses. Among these, 19 holiday homes and 35 touring officers’ hostels are available for online booking.

Conditions for booking a holiday home stipulate that only one room can be reserved in the employee’s name per day, with a maximum stay of five days permitted.

Prior to applying online, applicants are required to have the following documents ready:

A scanned photo of the applicant
A scanned copy of the appointment letter, latest pay fixation order, and ID card
Office phone and fax number, as well as the email address of the applicant

To proceed with online booking of holiday homes, follow these steps:

Visit the website: esampada.mohua.gov.in
Register with your appointment and promotion details
Upload copies of the appointment letter and the latest pay fixation order
Upon registration, click on the “Check Availability” tab
Select the desired guest accommodation, check-in and check-out dates, and booking agency (DOE Delhi)
Submit the booking request and review the availability
If rooms are available on your preferred dates, proceed to fill out the online application form and make the required payment
Select your preferred payment method (Net banking or Debit/Credit card) and complete the payment process
Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation ID will be generated
Print the booking receipt, ensuring it is signed by the Head of Establishment with an official seal
After verification by the administration, submit the confirmation slip at the designated Holiday Home counter
