Required Documents for WB RTE School Admission 2025-26
For the WB RTE Admission pertaining to the academic year 2025-26, there exist specific document submission requirements. The application form must be accompanied by a self-attested duplicate of the candidate’s birth certificate, duly attested either by the applicant or their guardian. In cases where the birth certificate is unavailable during admission, a declaration by the guardian affirming the ward’s age will suffice temporarily; however, the actual birth certificate must be furnished within six months in accordance with RTE Rule, 2012.
Furthermore, to be considered for any reservation benefits, a self-attested copy of the caste certificate issued by the relevant authority, attested by either the applicant or their guardian, must also be enclosed with the application form. It is imperative that all sections of the application form are accurately completed. Successful candidates are required to furnish their original birth certificate or pertinent documents upon selection unless the guardian’s age declaration has been accepted, along with any requisite reservation certificates during the admission process.
