Admit Card For UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Post Recruitment 2024

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024: Mobile Phones Banned

Applicants interested in the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024 are required to satisfy specific eligibility criteria as detailed below:

  • Nationality: Only individuals holding Indian citizenship are eligible for appointment or employment under these guidelines, unless officially authorized by the Central Government. Nevertheless, individuals from Nepal or Bhutan may also be considered for appointment, enrollment, or employment under these regulations.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are qualified to apply for the Assistant Commandants position.
  • Age Criteria: Prospective candidates should be a minimum of 20 years old and a maximum of 25 years old as of August 1, 2024. This necessitates that they were born between August 2, 1999, and August 1, 2004.

The upper age limit can be relaxed in the following manner:

  • Up to five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
  • Up to three years for candidates from Other Backward Classes eligible for reservation.
  • Up to five years for Civilian Central Government Servants in accordance with prevailing government directives. Ex-Servicemen are also eligible for this relaxation. However, the cumulative relaxation owing to Government Service should not exceed five years.
