Admission for Class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools for the academic year 2024-25 is highly sought after by many parents in India for their 6-year-old children. This interest stems from the appeal of receiving free education under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, as well as the affordable fees for other applicants. As a result, these schools receive an overwhelming number of applications, often exceeding available seats by more than tenfold. The initial phase of the registration process for Class 1 students across all Kendriya Vidyalaya schools will commence shortly for the ongoing academic session.
