Are the treks organized by Trek Tamilnadu insured?
We require all trekkers to have insurance coverage. The cost for this insurance is incorporated into our trekking packages, ensuring that every participant is safeguarded and can fully enjoy their experience.
What does the trek fee encompass?
The trek fee includes the entry fee, guide fee, insurance coverage, a welcome kit, basic refreshments (if applicable), and any associated transportation charges (if applicable).
What is the process for registering for a trek
- Log into your account.
- Choose your desired trails.
- Select your preferred trekking date.
- Choose available time slots.
- Indicate the number of participants and their details.
- Complete the payment (via UPI, online payment, credit card, or debit card) and generate or download your e-ticket from your email.
Cancellation of Advance Booking of TN Trekking 2024

In the rare event that TNWEC must cancel a trek due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trail disruptions (including adverse weather conditions, landslides, or unexpected wildlife activity) or operational issues, a full refund of the booking amount will be processed, excluding taxes and transaction fees, within 7 working days.
