According to the existing guidelines, members of this Department can claim reimbursement for a 7th CPC Briefcase Allowance, office bag, or women’s purse once every three years, starting from the date they last received one. The original receipt should then be forwarded to the General Administration Branch, along with a certification confirming the purchase.
